Toch zit bij alle Visa en Mastercards standaard een aflevergarantie die je bij iDeal niet krijgt. Word je bestelling niet geleverd? Dan krijg je je geld terug.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>In dit artikel wordt uitgelegd wat aflevergarantie betekent en in welke gevallen je je geld terugkrijgt. Ook kijken we naar de voor- en nadelen van vergelijkbare betalingsmogelijkheden, zoals Paypal.<\/em><\/p>\n<h2 id=\"definitie\">Definitie<\/h2>\n<p>Aflevergarantie betekent dat een betaling wordt teruggedraaid als een bestelling niet wordt geleverd. De garantie geldt ook als een onterechte afschrijving wordt gedaan of het geleverde artikel nep blijkt te zijn. Deze service is bij de meeste creditcards standaard inbegrepen. Om geld terug te krijgen, moet een betwistingsformulier worden ingevuld.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"uitleg\">Uitleg<\/h2>\n<p>In webwinkels moet je eigenlijk altijd vooruit betalen. Als je niet eerst betaalt, dan wordt er ook niets verzonden. Meestal kun je kiezen tussen&nbsp;<em>iDeal<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>Paypal<\/em>&nbsp;of&nbsp;<em>creditcard<\/em>. Als je met iDeal betaalt, ben je&nbsp;<strong>nooit<\/strong>&nbsp;verzekerd. Levert de webwinkel niet en betalen ze niets terug? Dan kun je naar je geld fluiten. Betaal je met Paypal of je creditcard, dan ben je&nbsp;<strong>wel<\/strong>&nbsp;beschermd. Even een paar voorbeelden ter verduidelijking. Je hebt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>een Full HD Flatscreen besteld en na drie maanden nog steeds niets ontvangen;<\/li>\n<li>een boormachine besteld en er wordt een cirkelzaag afgeleverd;<\/li>\n<li><strong>zes<\/strong>&nbsp;Hugo Boss Boxershorts gekocht en er worden maar&nbsp;<strong>vier<\/strong>&nbsp;geleverd;<\/li>\n<li>een Seiko horloge besteld en er komt een \u201ckermishorloge\u201d binnen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Een ander veel voorkomend probleem zijn onterechte afschrijvingen. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan een abonnement dat je al had opgezegd, maar er toch weer voor een jaar wordt afgeschreven. Of een hotelkamer die je op tijd had geannuleerd, terwijl je creditcard toch is gecharged.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"wat-moet-je-dan-doen\">Wat moet je dan doen?<\/h2>\n<p>Je moet altijd eerst contact opnemen met de leverancier. Als je belt kun je het beste na afloop ook een e-mail sturen met een bevestiging van de afspraken die je per telefoon hebt gemaakt. Er zijn twee opties. De leverancier levert alsnog of hij stort je geld terug. Is dat beide niet het geval, dan kun je je geld bij je creditcardmaatschappij terugvragen.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Je vult het&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.icscards.nl\/klantenservice\/veiligheid\/onterechte-betaling\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">betwistingsformulier<\/a>&nbsp;in (voor ICS Creditcards)<\/li>\n<li>Je voegt een kopie van de factuur bij<\/li>\n<li>Doe ook de mailwisseling en andere bewijzen van contact tussen jou en de leverancier erbij.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>De creditcardmaatschappij doet altijd eerst nog een poging om je geld terug te krijgen via de leverancier. Dit kan een tijdje duren, maar als dat ook niet lukt, krijg je alsnog het totale bedrag inclusief verzendkosten terug.[\/vc_column_text]<style
